Ping Network × Cambrian: Validator Coordination for the Bandwidth Layer

We’re partnering with Cambrian to introduce trustless validator coordination and decentralized governance to Ping Network.

Through Cambrian’s Node Consensus Network (NCN) and Proof of Authority (PoA) tooling, we are building a scalable and verifiable system to manage session metadata, validator discovery, and protocol upgrades across a decentralized bandwidth infrastructure.
What Cambrian Enables
Cambrian provides a modular framework for validator coordination, oracle infrastructure, and governance logic, designed for decentralized systems like Ping.

With this integration, Ping Network gains:
  • Node Consensus Network (NCN): a decentralized registry where nodes and validators can discover and interact with each other
  • Solana-based oracles: publish node metadata such as IP address, uptime, and performance
  • Trustless handshake model: nodes submit signed proofs to validators for secure coordination
  • Cambrian SDK: tools for setting up validators, managing their lifecycle, and upgrading logic
  • Governance environment: coordination layer for voting, rules, and contributor management
This shared infrastructure allows us to move key systems like registration and metadata syncing into a decentralized, purpose-built stack.
Why This Matters
Managing validator logic across a global network of devices requires scalable and modular coordination.

Cambrian enables:
  • A registry for verifying node sessions at scale
  • Live metadata feeds that reflect real-time bandwidth performance
  • Built-in governance tools for validator operators and contributors
  • A plug-and-play validator framework that works without custom backend infrastructure
With Cambrian, Ping can scale from thousands to millions of contributors while remaining transparent and decentralized.
What Is Ping Network
Ping Network is a decentralized protocol that transforms unused bandwidth into programmable infrastructure.

It acts as a universal bandwidth layer for the internet.
Ping supports:
  • Large-scale AI web crawling and data scraping
  • Private VPN routing for anonymous access
  • Edge-powered content delivery
  • SLA and uptime monitoring
  • Geo-aware traffic coordination
Users earn Ping Points based on verified bandwidth activity and device uptime.
What Is Cambrian
Cambrian is an infrastructure protocol focused on validator coordination, oracles, and decentralized governance.

Key components include:
  • Node Consensus Network (NCN): a discovery and coordination system for validators and nodes
  • Cambrian SDK: tools for validator setup, updates, and governance flows
  • Solana-based oracle feeds: provide live metadata on node performance
  • Proof of Authority tooling: supports secure validation in permissioned or infrastructure-heavy networks
Cambrian is built for systems like Ping that operate across dynamic, high-performance decentralized infrastructure.
